Why ExecTASocial launched?
ExecTASocial was founded in Jan ‘24 by internal TA executives & the SpacePerson, Nova. We felt the need to create our own TA Executive community after not finding one that spoke to us i.e no true global community for the most senior TA Executives. Other events (although all wonderful in their own right) were not communities for a Head of TA, over 50% partner led, owned or silently affiliated to (plus we're pretty sure both members and partners dreaded the pitch!). We were craving a closed-door community of trusted members to extract real, actionable, TA strategic learnings and insights in a structured format. We wanted to step away from PR machines and connect directly to other TA Executives on trusted product & service recommendations. Integrity for our members and with our partners, was top of the list for ExecTASocial and everything we have launched is built on a foundation of trust.

Today, we are across EMEA and APAC (watch out US) growing organically into an exclusive community focused on TA Leaders reclaiming TA. This growth is supported by the best TA ecosystem partners and we never invite more than two partners to any event. Our partners willing don't sell to ExecTASocial and support being thought-leaders of TA.
What's Exclusive?
We welcome TA Executives, those who are owners of TA strategy, budget and accountability. We will always recommend other communities and networks for aspiring leaders, HR & People folk who are not in TA or Recruiting team members (recruiters, sourcers TA marketers etc).

Kevin is an experienced entrepreneur & a career TA Leader working for some of the world’s largest brands as VP TA at Celonis, IBM, Salesforce, Oracle and Cisco. He specialises in transforming TA teams and cultures. Currently working as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Ericsson; he is developing TA capability for the next generation of telecom and cloud hiring. He has a broad network globally and is well-known and respected as a thought leader in the Talent Acquisition space, as well as being a sought-after speaker at TA conferences.
He is the most generous of people and never thinks twice about helping his fellow spacepeople. He's a champion of lifting those up who are underrepresented and a command pilot of dyslexic thinking - his very own superpower!

While I’m more likely to be whipping up a banana bread than conquering an empire, it’s always satisfying to imagine I’m on a grand historical adventure now and then.

Nola's primary role is keeping the SpacePerson, Dionne and the team calm. She's a year old Working Cocker Spaniel full of love and energy. Often seen at EMEA based community events, making the community, Partners and strangers happy. Laika, the first dog to orbit the Earth, is her idol. Nola hopes to go to space one day and is in talks with Richard Branson. Her favourite collar has rockets on it.
