🚀Manage event communications, RSVPs, and accessibility or dietary needs
🚀Liaise with senior guests, partners, and venues with confidence and care
🚀Be present at UK&I events, supporting delivery and guest experience
🚀Support delivery of virtual events using through our Nova platform
🚀Track feedback and attendance to help improve future sessions
🚀Contribute ideas to how we can continue to raise the bar
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You...
🌟Have some experience supporting or delivering B2B events
🌟Are organised, friendly, and not afraid to ask questions
🌟Want to learn fast and work closely with senior leaders
🌟Are based in Manchester (preferred) or London and happy to travel for UK events
🌟Are respectful, open minded, and committed to creating inclusive experiences
🌟Experience in a startup, agency, or membership environment
🌟Confidence using tools like Zoom, Notion, Planable, GoogeSuite or similar
🌟An eye for guest experience, from details on arrival to audience experience
🌟Are excited by the idea of working in a fast moving, community-led organisation working under the wing of the CEO and Founder, Dionne, who may now and again ask you to connect on a non-Event task like ordering merch, creating an Event in platform, posting on socials or sharing information with the whole team. We are scrappy and scaling so each one of us has a core job but works a bit like a swiss army knife!
This role would suit someone early in their career, an events graduate or someone in their first or second professional role, who’s eager to learn, take ownership, and work in a values-led, people-first environment.
We’re open to applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, and we’re committed to creating an inclusive, supportive team; hence Nova. If you’re unsure whether you tick every box, apply anyway. If you bring energy, care, and curiosity, we’d love to hear from you.

As Neurodiversity ambassadors, we care less about what your CV looks like and more about the story it tells. We’re open-minded in how you present yourself: task-based experience, lived insight, or passion-led work. We want to see your connection to this role.Forget the formal cover letter. Instead, we’d love a 1–2 minute bitesize video, animation, voice note, however you best tell your story. Be creative, but please put in the effort!
